I propose all of the owner get a same vendor and the whole project bromelia / duranta standardize the grill design & color. Then we can get good price. Then look nice and tidy.

Not sure KLK will provide the grill design handbook upon project handover.

Any idea?

I don't think there is any grill design guideline for all BSC housing. Only those current high-end new built apartment have this needs.
Also I don't think everyone love to have a same look of grill design as each owner may want some different from others..

I just started reading last 2 days. I am a bit worried if most buyers are investors and not planning to stay at BSC. Anyway the photos of Areca looks good....

Btw, anyone know what is the plan on the empty land (Lot 90) in the master plan?

Lot 90 is the central green park. It's huge. Big bonus for dwellers. 20, 30 years down the line if the developer were to think further out of the box, will they convert that piece of land to housing instead?

The square land is not a Central Green Park! Central Park is beside Banyan II
Was inform by klk it belong to another land owner which does not want to sell this pieces land to klk due to some titles transferring.
Tentative this land no one know what will it be in future(housing, factory or etc....). this is why klk needs to reserve a road directly from Jln K. Sel to this lot. (you can see is a totally white line from main road).
But not to worry because klk salesman said they can built a flyover on those roads if the owner complain klk used his why in to this land.
Maybe this guys just wait and wait until the price is better
