Both of us stay with parents. So Astro, utilities, food (night time) not the issues.
Petrol and toll, my bf can claimed.. And I work in nearby Giza mall. (parking, Toll & petrol, every month RM400 for sure)
Car maintainance, my bf settle himself, but since his new car, so i guess everything will under warently? For me, i drive my parents car, so they still help me to support the car.

I have did a budget sheet, will share it at night..

Really wish to buy. but the bf look like very so so only. maybe he scare we cant afford it sad.gif

At night always hv thick smoke at the trafic light junction area. N the smell was bad..hope petrol stationwill open soon at hibiscus

Open burning of construction residue like wood n many more. When you pass by tht k.selangor road. U will see a some mountain of construction residue n it produce smoke bcz of open burning. Need to summons the people who do open burning.

Always occur at late evening

Generally all local authorities including MDKS only approve buildings safe for occupation.  Important: Make sure you have a copy of this.

Without this, if you sell your house later, it will be like having no CF. The original CCC issued by developer is not sufficient. And whoever buy your house cannot proceed with further renovation unless he can get a firm willing to 'vouch' that your previous renovation is safe. Generally they are reluctant to certify as thet did not supervise the previous round of reno. If they do, you may be asked to pay a big sum for this. And buyers too will not buy if you don't have this SP.
