Called KLK @ 4 pm today and was informed that only the semi-D's will have underground cable feed.

prozak, my Oleander TNB cable also is underground. I visited site can't see any cable hanging around... I think those TNB cable all in underground and link to the corner units first. This is way KLK sell all corner units with 3 phase power.
Do you all notice pipe water is no longer using those steel pipe. Now days most project use those black rubber pipe like those we see in some old shop which has done replacement.

TNB probably chose to erect all the electrical/lamp posts first before they 'string' the cables later. Unless, which I sincerely doubt, KLK have a change of heart and decided to provide underground cabling to all precincts or I could jolly well have been misinformed too. As for your description of the water pipes, it could be High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) pipes.

It is easy to know - check where is the main distribution board. If it is above your front door, and you see black wires running accross to your neighbour house, then most likely overhead cables.

Sorry for over-reacting, nothing wrong with overhead.
Just fail to understand why KLK got this kind of mentality.
With the size of BSC, they could easily cover the cost of underground cabling.
Duranta and Bromelia are very visible, being near the entrance road. Anyone driving in will start wondering.
Like that also want to save money, at the risk of losing image. Very chinaman thinking.

A forum member from other thread (Shah Alam 2) mentioned MD Kuala Selangor has approved Tesco to be built Alam Jaya, and this will start this year...

If this information is indeed true, BSC residence can enjoy the convenience about 5 Km away only..

Last night saw 4 restaurants at the road side -near Bandar Seri Coalfields. 2 were still open at 1.30am in the wee hours of the morning. Wonder whether the food is tastety. One with big sign of fried kuey teow and Tomyam Seafood. Cars were parked in front. Didn't stop to ask as we were just passing by.
What ever it is, they certainly look big and one even look up market in its built! No need to worry about late supper anymore.... In addition, if Tesco is up so near, it is same like staying in PJ, haha....

you can go in depending on several factors:
1) the guard
2) your face

The present phases are not GnG.
But the design of the present phases allow for easier setup of guarded scheme in the future by the RA, as each cluster of homes only has one entry and exit.

i don't think they will entertain requests for underground cabling. should have asked before buying. schools and market will prob come down the road, doubt will be this year. good if the petrol station can come up soon, and hopefully it's shell tongue.gif
