I went to tm point in sg buloh today to check on unifi/streamyx status in BSC area. Sad to found out that even land line for phone is still not available in BSC.

Anyone hav advice on how to push TM to fast up the matter?

Even to get streamyx we should be happy...for unifi...i think should be a long wait..the best is now even land line also tak ada... 

today went to survey aircons for my house, then the salesman asked where is your house, i said sg buloh, bandar sri coalfield, he says "oh, i heard that side house very very cheap, like 300k only....well, i said try find for me and see ?

The original purchaser should have already applied and paid. You need to transfer to your name now. Need to bring SPA copy, IC and dunno how much in the stamp duty d for the transfer.

2) Extending the RC flat roof for the veranda and back kitchen
3) Adding power points
4) Installing A/C, heater
5) Plaster ceiling, fan/light installation

B) Any recommendation for nurseries? Would like wall height plants around the perimeter, grass and some tall trees at the back.
