thks for sharing. some goes to the contractor issue i am having, whether having 1 main con, or sub sub con for each area just to diversify the risk....if all incharged by a person, sekali arguement, he will just mess up all your thing as he is the only person u hired !!!

without TM BB service do we have any others service provider can coverage our BSC?

I think most of our forum member needs this BB if without we surely can't have communication like now. Only way now is maybe a big group of us keep walk-in requesting TM service only they will see there is business for them in BSC.
KLK does not care of this as the property already handover to us they already clean hand with all $ collected   Is now on us how to unite and kick-start a small resident meeting to look into some issue we may face it.

As Duranta & Bormelia also facing same delay and they received letter but date was before the SnP handover.
Only if klk delay more that 3 months++ we can "earn" some extra. Few week delay who's going to trouble getting this claim.

I noticed very hard to see rain in bsc, at least for me....while in sg buloh raing so heavily, once reach bsc, shining!!! Anybody see rain heavily there before....and the sun over there is so hot....maybe just me...lol

I hv called to Marcus, 1Decor, shit, the way he treat customer like nobody, empty promise, 2 weeks still didn't come out quotation, and even dare to tell me he alriti email long time .....omg, hope those houses under 1Decor renovation, do not have any issue...He look like blur blur guy, ask him a lot of construction thing, cant answer at all, stone there...so "char"................Good luck to you all....
