All areas in BSC have low water pressure?

Depends on where you check.

Usually toilets etc water comes from your own tank up in the your roof. So if your own tank is full, good pressure.

Kitchen and sometimes garden, the water usually direct from main pipe (not from your tank).
This is where you should test.

If the pressure is not good, during periods of low water supply, even your own tank may get empty because water cannot go up.
Residents who have moved in please update us. Kitchen is the best place to check.
Or ask KLK contractor which tap is connect to direct main pipe.

Has lunch in a Malay restaurant in Puncak Alam Phse 2 called Restoran Pura Cendana. Good tasty food at reasonable prices.

yes!..it's kinda weird why maybank/cimb did not open their branch on this area...even Hong Leong and OCBC opened at Alam Jaya (near puncak alam)...

Anyobody can see that Bandar Seri Coalfields looks large and grand from the entrance! More shops opposite the 2nd. Phase semi-ds are being built. According to KLK developer staff, the business hub will be open for sale next year. Lets hope that those shops are bigger than those at the entrance. I hope to see nice eateries there. So far those at the entrance have 3 Nasi Kandar shops. Waiting patiently for Chinese restaurants.
