no la..i'm not BSC buyer actually..I bought house at Kota Puteri (PKNS project) last 2 years and now stayed there..PKNS quite slow in developing..so I just hope BSC will grow fast and will have lots of amenities (shopping,banking, etc)...like Kota Puteri, all units SOLD OUT and now they will open a new project at section 2..but if you go to Kota Puteri, not all houses occupied (at least only 50% occupied)..so I assumed most of them bought for investment..and not for own stay..so when this situation happen..the development of that place will be slowing down due to no buying power (not attractive for people to open business)..
FYI, for gov contractor like PKNS..they will build the house 1st..then at least 80% to complete..then they will open the registration and booking...for me..this way will slow down the project development cause the developer needs a huge cash flow to do the project...on other hands..this will protect the buyer interest..
