i already call bomba..  this morning again the smoke didnt reduce at all from last night and bomba said from their previous investigation.  the owner sendiri bakar..  now i want to lodge a complaint to JAS..  for almost 2 month la i think..  smoke sampai tak boleh nafas lah..  so selfish!..  haih..

Nice landscaping going on. Trees are planted just like in Desa Coalfields but this time, KLK has placed a line of tall  palms outlining the entrance to BSC that provides the elegant look. That alone - the line of palms have made the difference! You don't get that in Desa Coalfields. Often, a few palms here and there are masked by the uneven looking tree that outnumber them. The neat refreshing look of palms should not be fizzled out. KLK should remove those tall trees placed in front of the palms and plant them behind the palms! This will let the palms be seen as a uniform line of visual impact ( Sorry Klk, your email was not working, so I need to speak here). So the lining of palms should be made longer by adding more palms in order to highlight the beautiful curve of BSC's entry road and that alone makes a striking impact. By the end of the day, good landscaping plus smart looking homes of BSC can stage an upmarket scene. BSC can be turned into a milestone development achievement in the region of Kuala Selangor. A striking urban oasis here is the first of its kind existing amongst the rest that generally offers a rural appearance. It is already on its way to outclass its older sister of Desa Coalfields. The look of a place can only be improved and set apart by its landscaping budget, whether KLK is aware. Klk may even earn itself some renewed praises for upgrading its standard of housing development and MDKS may be proud that finally, Kuala Selangor has an urban side.

By the way, the business hub in the master plan looks real big!

Lousy? This is non-issue.

Firstly, this kind of fencing is present even in afluent Pj Taman Sea SS23 ( not Seapark please), but with good looking trees and shrubs alongside, you hardly notice it. Look at just how big the area coverage of tall trees and shrubs is, stretching over  a larger area than a mere thin vertical line of a fence that seem to preoccupy the minds of the few here. You might as well focus on the bigger area of landscaping in order to mask and reduce the presence of the ugly fence.

Still wish to stay on this topic on fencing? You should already know that KLK follows the norm to give this type of boundary fencing to highlight areas, who would in their right mind harp on its quality and looks!  If you can get a good one  from a developer, lets give a big 'thank you'.  You get it?

You seem to harp on this and ignore the landscape, or have no awareness of its importance? May I explain:

The landscaping starts right from the entrance going in to offer a huge visual scenery that can either enhance or downgrade the image of your home your asset, and also the property value. Not all can see this. Some think of it as trivial. Only people with a macro view will see. How about getting into the big picture for better result?

*  On fencing quality, only anti-climb, anti-cut fence that encloses all round as some have suggested will work. Even if you are willing to pay for it, some issues need to be resolved as it is against the law for we have not appled for 'gated' status yet. 

Landscaping has no hard and fast rule as to what to plant. As such, there's room for request and suggestion.

Thanks. I would say, views are more important to be considered and discussed here. I was trained to think all round, meaning look at the whole effect, not just the parts within. If parts ( homes) are handsome but surrounding is a mismatch, a disjointed look will ensue. Klk is still having future launches to sell and an integrated good looking landscaped curb at the least end or more to other things will lend more beauty to attract buyers and investors alike.
