Welcome, do worry about the claim for late VP my Oleander also is late deliver. But KLK will ready the cheque and will send you by post to inform collection once all the final loan is release to them.
I got my but very little $ only if the VP more late better drool.gif

Built sure will our surrounding is getting more n more new housing or taman but when start n when complete i think gov also got no answer to us. Currently a lot construction is shortage worker maybe after the MRT project....

If DASH really built-up the faster way to Mutiara Damasara is exits GCE pay first toll (Elamina) than turn in Denai Alam interchange pay another 2 more DASH toll. a. RRIM toll & b. Mutiara Damasara toll.
GCE + this 2 toll my estimate is single way RM6~RM7 problem can we affort it daily sweat.gif
Another Option old road Jalan Kuala Selangor to Sg Buloh with all the 60~70km/H pay 1 toll at LDP only lah!

Those who's planning to move in BSC very soon you need to highlight KLK the bad drainage BSC having.
Due to KLK did not built properly drainage system. During raining time it carrying a lot of the sand and some small stone which at the side into the drain day by day.
I offensive currently my drains someparts is filling with a lot of small stone and some area due to those stone blocking the water flowing it start to be remain there, if some water has remain there after few days without another raining day come my worry is mosquito maybe start growing.
KLK must rebuilt the road drainage if not we maybe the highest Dengki case area in future sweat.gif
This maybe also the reason why our Banyan I lake like Tea tarik colour hmm.gif

Got this info from yesterday newspaper.
Exp: 6,000 assessment by MDKS 7% is RM420.00 half year mean we need to pay RM210.00

azizulmj, Oleander also got this letter under Bill 2013 even my house was handover only in end Nov. This is from Selangor state Gov cukai tanah.
Normally at your current progress KLK is just pending water & elec supply from Syabas / TNB to fix up and ready to handover you key. Do not worry about the delay VP.
KLK is very gentlemen & fast on the payment due to they late handover as soon as you are request to pay-up those first 6 months maintenance fee during receiving VP latter you will be inform to collect your cheque for late VP.
The amount is depending your S&P date against your VP date.
Exp house value 500K x 10% = 50,000
10days delay
50,000 x 10 /365 = RM1,369.86
