To all the sifus out there, I need you advice on buying a home at kota kemuning or Kemuning Utama. I have scale down to these particular 3 areas which I could afford to buy, Lagoon Homes, Damai Residence and Indah Residence.

As i read some review, some said Kemuning Utama land is filled land and workmanship is bad and vice versa.

So now i am really confused and all. Appreciate all the sifus can give me some feedback.

i bought a corner in 2010 and got my keys in Jan 2012, it is a well planned township. The workmanship of the house is good compared to some very highly regarded developers.

Paramount has taken into note small details examples sharp edges in the washrooms are taken care. my house so far no cracks- i do not intend to renovate or extend the structures at the moment.

Why not Kota kemuning Bayu ? my friend currently staying there.
22X75 and 24X75 . spacious with wide roads easy to get in and out of kesas.

but easy get stuck in kesas highway mad traffic. I believe kesas highway still the most expensive toll in malaysia

Kesas not the most expensive. Living in kota kemuning, u don't need to pay toll depending on which area you want to go.

no no no, is LDP.

If in Kesas, i go from Ampang to Puchong kinrara (30+KM), only pay rm3.60
per KM cost 12cent

If in NKVE, i go from setia alam (Alam Setan ) to SS2 (30+KM), only pay rm2.70
per KM cost 10cent

If in LDP, i go from Desapark city to SS2, (10+KM), pay rm1.60
per KM cost 16cent

So !!!! btw, LDP got TWO toll either end, Sunway/Puchong side &

Kepong / Damansara side rm1.60 each.
