Hi, i wanted to ask. Why my iphone 4 cant use any flash application, but it can be flashed while using camera?

Also, i've changed a new iphone 4 battery before. And what i'm facing now is...the battery indicator is not accurate, as the battery percentage hops from 90% - 60% like this. If normal should be -1% slowly right, but mine is 10%+ sometimes.

Do u mind to tell me, what is my iphone 4 problem? @@
