sleep is the ultimate spell in bravely default. keep the intelligence high enough and most of the time u will get them to their beds.
here's what i use
"lullaby" <-- genome ability from vampire class

job Arcanist
eq wonder rod, black robe, soul of thamasa
for helm u can put on mage hat but i put gold hairpin instead

i manage to sleep them almost 80%(dont ask me how i got this figure im just guessing) of the time in 1 turn
