I usually beat Yulyana first, Qada, and the either Mephilia or Ominas.
You can have a spiritmaster to use stillness at the end of every turn. Make sure your speed is faster than the enemy. Iirc I used Tiz as the spiritmaster, Agnes as performer (to boost attack or speed), Ringabel and Edea as thief so I can steal their items, and use godspeed strike for 9999 damage every attack.Use the ability hasten world so you can gain 2BP everytime. I usually just brave until -2BP, and then use stillness (Damage to all allies and enemies will be nullified for two turns), so when there's no damage to the allies, I just let the enemies attack my party. After that, I repeat the godspeed strike attack. Make sure make your ally with the lowest speed as spiritmaster. To increase speed for the attacker, equip hermes sandals/shoes or equip weapons that can increase agility. Hope this is useful. You can use vampire ability of arise from dead too, just in case your some of your allies die.
