i hate the previous onechanbara but i think im buying this 1....

I thought Japanese type games is dead for Xbox, they barely release it & not many buyers

its just that MS decided to pull back the x360 investment in japan as the last 5 yrs of sales isn't so good but there are still roughly 1.5 mil units in japan alone. japanese industry still provide support for x360

heck even a few japanese? friends in my friendlist jump to x360 just of this title.

Actually there were more smaller Japanese games for 360 released compare to the PS3, until very recently. 5pb et al. still actively making games for the 360 exclusively. Hope D3 will come out with EDF4 soon, another great game

2012 seems to be a good year for brilliant fan service type games like this and lollypop chainsaw.

Also, don't forget the HD retro releases from Treasure which seem to be XBLA exclusives like today's Radiant Silvergun and the upcoming (next month) Guardian Heroes. (well its fan service, just not that type of fan service..)

To each of its own. To me there's nothing worse than any FPS including any Halo, any COD.

This game, along with Earth Defense Force, are the 2 most anticipated games that needed sequels.

I bought Onechanbara 1 (US version) not so long ago.. still haven't finished the game.

Currently the price of Z Kagura is too steep.. hopefully there will be a US release.

Most likely if there's a US reason, it'd be region lock to US machines again.

But Vortex US version is playable on our consoles, so there's hope

I actually got the game when it came out but already sold it to my friend after a while. In my opinion, I prefer the first one better. This isn't Aya, it's a new protagonist and her new sister. Aya and Saki are only cameos in this game. Play very much like the first one albeit with better graphics and slightly harder enemies. You can upgrade things and acquire 2 new weapons. Also now you can equip up to 3 rings and have special abilities that replace that issen slash from the first one.
