Without know the exact scope of works it would be difficult/ in accurate for anyone to comment. But generally, the prices are on the high side.
Why don't you get a few more quote for the same scope of work, then it should be able give you the basis to negotiate with your preference contractor.
Having said that, if you go for those One Stop designer/ contractor you would be expected to pay higher prices. They need to make profit from the work
Why don't you break them into different contractors? e.g
1. autogate
2. electrician
3. Cabinet & furnitures
4. Painting
