Hi all!!

Need your opinion about my problem with Gdex..
Last week i bought Sony PSP and Nokia 5800 from someone from Lipis for only RM450(both for one price)...
I make payment on 5/9/2011 at night and the seller posted the items on 6/9/2011..
After he said he has posted the items,i ask him for the tracking code..
That night i try to trace the item and they said 'No Records Available'..
Unfortunately till now i can't trace the items!!
So,on Friday(last week), i contact the seller and he agreed to go to Gdex Lipis Branch to trace the parcel..
Then,he said the parcel receipt was 'tertindih' with the other parcels while check out at Bentong Branch..
After that,i tried to contact Gdex at my place..They said there is no records with the tracking no..
So,i think it is because of the problem that the sender said..
Btw,the sender said to me if the parcel can't get trace till friday next week(this week),he agreed to give back my money..So,i decided to wait till next week..
So,here i want to ask your opinion about the problem..
Is it Gdex never update their e-tracking on their website??
And is it the problem that the sender said is relevance or i just get cheated??
Please!!Need some opinion here!!!

in fact, i don't think i have ever managed to check my tracking number (i send, i track) but the item reached its destination.

i hope your seller is genuine ...

but it is one week already and the parcel didn't reached..i contact Gdex but they can't found any parcel with the tracking no..seems like that is a fake tracking no..

Not sure if your seller is trying to scam you. ask for a screen shot of the posting slip from your seller and email to GDEX for clarification. If parcel is lost, you can file for claim.

not sure la..if he want to scam,maybe now i can't contact him anymore...but,he still use the contact number and always give an accuse when i ask for the posting details...

sigh, your seller is not responsible. he should provide you the posting details bro...

now his contact number is off!!last night i told him to give back my money,till thir morning still can be contact,but now!!wtf!!
What should i do?

mind sharing who is the forumner? let others aware and prevent from dealing with him in future.

he is not a forumer from LYN...he is an advertiser from mudah.my...btw i don't want to expose his identity here as long as he keep on his promise to return my money...
