Hey guys, I had a quick question regard on the Steelseries Sensei mouse. 1. I had downloaded the latest SSEFix_1.17.8.6.exe. So I updated the "Update Sensei Mouse". 2. At 41%, it displayed "Can't load the bootloader" and the whole mouse is not lighting up anymore. The LCD screen displaying "Upgrading V1.13...." 3. I even tried spamming the software but it doesn't improve anything, instead it just mentioned "Send update request failed". So is my mouse dead? Just been using it 1 months+. Thanks.

QUOTE(FukaDa @ Feb 25 2012, 12:06 PM) Bro, Try to unplug your mouse , then replug-in back again then try again. P/S : in diff usb port Bro, I had tried that as well. The weird part is whenever I launch the SSEFix software, it always stuck at 8% instead of 41%. So I'm quite confused either my mouse really died. Even the mouse doesn't have any blinking at all. That's what worry me a lot.

No lights were lit up. I had tried with different USB port it still no working. I had attached a screenshot of the mouse and the software. Attached thumbnail(s)

I had tried with other PC as well, and the mouse till the same. No light at all. I think my mouse really gone. Guess I need to send it back to the place I bought the mouse for RMA. Usually how long would it be for the RMA process?

When I'm about giving to troubleshoot the mouse, I give it a try to repeat the above steps as I tried earlier. Somehow, Lady Luck was here perhaps. The mouse is now alive. Really a shocking moment when I reinstall back the software and it pass till 100%. Thanks to those guide me earlier.
