QUOTE(DemonTweakZ @ Feb 18 2012, 12:18 PM) most probably when I RMA it for the first time, they gave me a faulty one. I even had to chase them. They took so long to replace it. I won't be buying a steelseries anymore. Where did you purchase your SteelSeries? And im pretty sure they replace it with new Units for RMA.

QUOTE(KahLooN @ Feb 25 2012, 12:03 PM) Hey guys, I had a quick question regard on the Steelseries Sensei mouse. 1. I had downloaded the latest SSEFix_1.17.8.6.exe. So I updated the "Update Sensei Mouse". 2. At 41%, it displayed "Can't load the bootloader" and the whole mouse is not lighting up anymore. The LCD screen displaying "Upgrading V1.13...." 3. I even tried spamming the software but it doesn't improve anything, instead it just mentioned "Send update request failed". So is my mouse dead? Just been using it 1 months+. Thanks. Bro, Try to unplug your mouse , then replug-in back again then try again. P/S : in diff usb port This post has been edited by FukaDa: Feb 25 2012, 12:07 PM

QUOTE(nemes1s @ Feb 26 2012, 11:02 AM) Hi guys. I bought a Kana mouse from CK multimedia recently, and certified original (With play original sticker and serial). So I went ahead to check if my serial is valid for those free teflon feets. Then i get this message : "Sorry, it seems that serial number is invalid or has already been used. Please check to make sure you entered the entire number correctly." Does it mean that my mouse is of different batch and not affected? or if there's some sort of mix-up in my unit? Thanks If you have such issue , you could refer back to the distributor to trace ur serial number for u. It might be system error. No worries for that.
