Heads up for anyone who wanna get the Siberia USB Sound Card. I own a Siberia USB Sound Card. And I think, nothing's great about it. Unless, you are those that goes to LAN/tournaments/Cyber Cafe and you want the same sound quality then you might wanna consider getting it. Other then that, nowadays most of the onboard sound card are better then the Siberia USB Sound Card.

P/S: That's depend on individual I suppose? But overall, RM169(According to TS) doesn't worth the price. Might as well, you add a bit more and get a better PCIE sound card.

Kana's firmware will have an update soon. Apparently Steelseries are making a final inspection before releasing it.

Question is, will it gain the trust from gamers after its problematic debut?

that kana issue is a hardware issue, the sensor cant track at high speeds and malfunctions which makes it spin around like mad.

i dont trust reviews done by teams sponsored by steelseries/ any other team sponsored by gaming equipment company is just like wtf? Of course the comments by them about the mouse will be outstanding, they sponsor the team peripherals and etc

guys i'm having a problem. my sensei cursor keeps getting stuck. my sensor died once and they RMA it and now this problem happens. should i send it back?

Currently I'm using it in office with my laptop and there's no problem at all. I don't have the SS Engine installed on my laptop tho.

What mousepad are you using?
Some forums mention that cloth pads can cause tracking issues. Could it be because of dust trapped in the sensor? I'm using it on a table now and there is no problem.
I just need to figure out a way to replicate the problem consistently for it to be considered an issue. If it's a random occurrence, I doubt if i can RMA mine.

i re-installed the engine but the jitter still happens occasionally. still have no clue what triggers it. maybe dust? my mousepad is quite clean. i can't believe it's this sensitive. before I RMA my old sensei and got this one, there was no such issue.

I did that. deleted appdata also. then redid my settings.
When i installed the SS Engine, there was a pop-up saying programming and the mouse logo was blinking. Is that updating the firmware?

it hanged then it said disconnect and re-connect. after that no problem. but that jitter issue still happens. funny thing is it doesnt happen when i dun use my mousepad and when i dun have the SS Engine installed.

nah it doesnt hang anymore. it managed to update after i re-connected it. then it updated till the end.

i've been using the mousepad since i bought it last october. and there was no problem till i RMA it because my sensor died. this mouse i'm using is the RMA-ed one.
i'm gonna try that and also with engine without mousepad. all on the same pc. this steelseries mouse problem is terrible. its not even half a year old and it's shyt.

I just updated.
1) i cant seem to be able to key in my desired DPI in the settings
2) white looks like it has a slight tinge of blue.
3) cannot upload custom bitmap image
4) laggy
5) after dragging profiles to mouse, it doesn't change in engine (still shows PROFILE 1, PROFILE 2, PROFILE 3....)



i dunno if its the engine but there was some problems when i was updating the firmware. first was "cannot open bootloader device" and the second was "cannot load fw" or something. right after that my pc BSOD. now the LCD looks like this:




i dunno if you guys can see it but there are lines all over the lcd screen. it never used to be like that. I guess I got to RMA it AGAIN?
