i wanna buy my first mtb ~ wanna start new hobby ~ i am planning to buy GIANT Revel 1 D (+-rm1700) ~ is this a good bike? or with same amount money i can get better bike from other brand? (exitway, raleigh etc)

kona is a lil bit more than my budget ~ i wanna buy 1.5k - 2k mtb bcoz im afraid i will getting bored with it ~ that is why after buying mtb i must find partner or a group to ride weekly ~ then i will upgrade my mtb later on ~ or buy new and better bike ~

then which shop sell with the best price in KL/selangor area???

b4 this i ask about the best mtb for beginner ~ and finally someone give better reply ~ thanks

(i know we should read page 1 ~ but we as a beginner or newbie sometimes need answer from sifu to enlighten us more)

but some spec on kona cinder cone state it is rock shox TORA ~ and kona cinder cone is cheaper than exitway X9 ~ i think i go for kona cinder cone ~

hye ~ yesterday i already go to bike shop @ sg chua kajang ~ really nice shop ~ he suggest me 2bikes ~ NOT XDS or exitway ~ lol

first choice is Spezzzz, 9speed alivio, st suntour xcr ~

2nd choice is Fuji, 10speed SRAM XT, st suntour xcr ~

both price rm2600 ~ but fuji hav better groupset ~ fork is same ~ but spezzz frame much more high class right? so FUJI or SPEZZZ???

ok ~ i will buy specialized ~ plus that spezzz design and colour much more better than fuji nevada 1.0 (2012) ~

kona and spezz ~ which one is WOW ?? haha ~
