where to buy folding bike ah?

just need a folder for point a to b commute. 1.5k is probably max. so far only see the polygons, urbano 4.0 but only nexus 3 spd hub, scared cannot climb the hill on the route.
plan to pimp it out like Sniper's Giant Halfway, proper bar, 2.0 slicks and maybe a tiagra RD and rcoket saddle! walao wei! sure over budget already!
