Knee Pain
Guys recently I ve felt pain on my knees after riding, just want to know is there something wrong with my set up? Is my seatpost too high or too low?

I do have problems with my knees but never felt any pain after rides before.

I ve heard using clipless will minimize the pain...but I tak berani lagi pakai clipless
*
it's saddle position and seatpost high.
poor setup clipless cause knee pain too.

lighter bike will help lots though.. blush.gif

Went to my local bike shop today, surprisingly the Specialized P2 is so heavy for a DJ bike. However, the components are solid. Running Avid brakes and SRAM groupset. Just change to hydraulic cables and you're good to go.

Btw, anyone wanna let go their FOX fork box or more? I'm willing to pay ya. biggrin.gif

Pedal Inquiry

Between these pedals...which one is easy to use..easy to disengage and maintain

1. Look Quartz
2. Crankbrothers Candy
3. Shimano Pedal (this am not sure of the model)
*
shimano is easiest to used for nub. main key is it 'click' so u know it's engage and if you fall the clipless will disengage.

CB is bling-er and lightest (for eggbeater) but if fall, it wont disengage. you will become like transformer transforming..

isnt the 3 material have dif thermal expansion? the 3 material may separate after series of heating up; especially carbon as it probably epoxy to the metal...

shimano's ice rotor have same problem where the Al in middle soften cause the rotor to warp..
