Really? But there is a way. When I was studying at UNiTEN, we always torrent-ing and by pass all uniten proxy. You can ask your senior how to do it. Hehe. You also can get your download speed up to 2mbps (direct download) when you are on campus/in hostel.

I dunno whether they had already block the tunneling method. If you are a data security student, then you are in heaven! You can use your account to bypass all the blockage and maximizing the internet speed.

are Uniten's classrooms always this hot? It'd been 3 weeks since my first day, and I can feel that BN has practically no air-conditioning in its upper floors where the classes are held. Yes, there is air coming out from the ducts, but thats about all. The only places with proper AC are certain classes at BM, COIT and BA. The weather is so freaking hot, and the uni ask us to wear formal and proper attire and all. Fine for me, but at least provide some decent cooling after a long walk from the hostels to classes. Having soaked from the inside out with sweat really doesnt help much in class concentration.

For as far as I can remember, BN block is always quite warm up there in BN-4. So... you would just have to bear with it.

Actually there is only one room in BN which is actually cooling but it seems to be locked all the time.

And where is this 'unused' room?

Is there a lot of students here in Uniten taking short semester? Is it common among the students. Does it fasten the degree course if you took short sem every year?

I'm EE. I will not cherry pick my job I don't mind if I get small company, atleast I'm not jobless. I need to be realistic of my path ahead, I cannot aim big company with my current CGPA but I can aim it via, as you said, work experiences.

Is it just me or my friend, EE/EP course seems harder, and most of my friend atleast flunk/failed 1 subject. Mostly they are top SPM scorer.

In my opinion the subject is easy to score because Dr Adnan (yes it's him) always rinse and repeat finals and assignments every semester.

However, his teaching isn't that great from my perspective, although the subject is easy to score he made me loose my interest and therefore did not pay attention much thus ignoring the subject and focus on others (even made me miss passing up the 1st batch of assignments). He always run off topic and talk other things. Basically, it's like I ignored ICE completely till the finals. 

In other words he killed internal combustion engine for me. Haha, why can't all lecturer be like Mr. Michael Fong Abdullah (Fluids 2).
TL;DR
Yes, dr adnan only. Easy score if self study, stay with the flow, hand in assignment + do pass year final(he give tips too). Teaching methods 3/10. Burden free.
