This is nothing now but guys take note if you are trading high value items at steam forum. Some joker use ccard to get high volumes skyrim and then do a charge back at bank. Hence steam revoked all his copies but he traded all the copies away already.
So if a deal is too good to be true, just be careful even people with high reputation profile. Steam will revoke the item even if it is added into your game library.

suppose steam should ban that guy account(charge back at bank one) then the game should not revoke after trade.
Next time steam should only allow trading when that account had purchase certain amount of value of game. Those haven't purchase and own some value should not allow to trade.
At least anything happen, steam can ban and that person at least lose all the game in that account to prevent ppl abuse.
They can also set rules that you can trade a value of $60 game when you at least own more than value of $60.00 games in library.

The guy is banned, but games still revoked. Dont think steam will do charity. I think also to prevent scam by revoking ccard and send the games to your fren or clone acc, you could gain games.

So the bigger your account the more you can con? nowadays easy to built acc, just buy a few bundles your acc could easily valued 100+

yah, but no point to send for friend when own account been banned. Plus those credit card got your real information, next time if you create new steam account, when you make payment even with new card, it is traceable.
I don't think bigger account the more can con cos you gonna lose those value of game.(I mean it record that your purchase price rather than normal price)
