Added on September 11, 2011, 1:27 pmBtw guys.. Must drive safe up genting.. Yesterday it was VERY misty with near zero visibility, and we saw a Myvi spinout on the way up.. Saw quite a lot of accidents yesterday.. on MRR2 saw a Kelisa spin out and hit divider at the corner to Bandar Tasik Selatan.. Then OTW to genting saw this Kia Spectra (or Sephia) crash at Karak highway.. From the damages it's very likely the car 'flew' down from the opposite direction of the highway.. And on the way down saw a Mitsubishi Storm got stuck on the metal railing/divider..

Totally agree about the road to Genting. Yesterday morning was raining continuously. Even on Karak highway, the visiblity was reduce. Want to tekan the pedal also cannot be quicker because too much water on the road.

As u know the in the hill area, when the weather is cold and wet sure there are lots of fog one. So, have to drive slowly and on the lights. Some people overestimated some of the corners and bumps and miscontrol their car.

Yup. yesterday at Genting is very dangerous especially when heavy rain start puring around 4.30.

Around 5pm+, my friend in front of me also spin at genting yesterday. Then when near kaki bukit, another Waja spin at opposite direction.

How was the visibility? Spinouts are caused by the wet road.. Last night I went at 1 AM cant see shiet...

I rolled down Genting straight after the rain stopped.

Visibility is around 10-15m at peak. After the temple hairpin, it gets way better but road is slippery.

got one time i drove myvi to downhill aroudn 4am,and its raining..i'm race wit another fren myvi when downhill..i oso spin when i whack the corner..luckily still can control bec..after tat oso keep whack corner until karak highway lo

dont kena extreme understeer only.

I nearly kena also yesterday when climbing up.

Myvi also u go whack corner ka? I used to be a myvi kaki n i can tell u no matter what mod u do also the handling still suxxo.

Extreme understeer usually happen when ur tyre no thread/road damn wet.. My car also understeered a bit last nite.. but it was the sliding-while-braking type of understeer..

5 days old car. So I blame fully on the road.
