If compared with you guys de more superior PE, of coz sampan lo.

But if want compare with other beam suspension cars like the lagi best and that lagi best older generation, I am sure both of them lagi sampan.

That's the limitation of beam suspension. Nothing much can be done to further improve the handling without sacrificing the ride comfort.

Right now I am saving $ for front strut bar and other handling enhancements.

dun wori,b4 tis i always drive my wife previous saga blm auto to race wit lagi best older generation,vxxs,cxxy lo..always can beat them in corner...straight road at highway oso can cucuk them gao gao lo..most people comment saga blm 2008 was makan minyak..but my wife one consider save lo..100% highway from semenyih to cameron highland,i can achieve RM0.12/km lo..speed around 120-140..and if city drive(everyday travel 40km),oso always can achieve RM0.14-RM0.16/km..this is result tat i calculate on 2010..if din remember wrong,the petrol price tat time should be RM1.80 or RM1.90..and the topspeed tat i able to go is 180kmh..

just be careful with ur strut bar.. Dun install too thick.. Later lower arm koyak..

Bumped into the proton plaster car and an Exora without CPS badge at Tapah R&R.
Thought of wanna convoy with them then i fast fast hop into my car after doing my thing. mana tau they stop their car at the roadside, maybe waiting for the exora. So i purposely drive slowly hope they'll catch up soon... then damn sien waiting, all of a sudden they pass me by... haha... so i convoyed with them till they stop at Sg Buloh R&R.

Listen from the exhaust sound of the plaster car,seems like got a dragon in there. When it accelerate at 100kmh above,the exhaust sounds like got turbo in there.

Also i think next badge of the Exora can tapau our PE already.. Just now the Exora that's following the convoy, can really go and go and go......... unlike big cars that stuck at certain speed then no matter how you press also won't go fast anymore.


Pink Spider, better wait for the new model to come out. 3 more months it's end of 2011 already. New proton car is coming too... and seems very promising after seeing the plaster car. Might got some hidden dragon in the new model

Exora Turbo due to be launched around November/December. Next month is Saga FLX 1.6

TBH the gen2 & PE are at their late/final/old stage now, about to be replaced by persona R very soon. If u dun mind about the depreciation after u get one, by all means go ahead..

The gen2 CPS mt has got a more powerful engine than PE, and slightly better handling due to the lack of boot/overhang at the rear. The sitting position is also sportier, party due to the semi bucket seats in Gen2 as opposed to normal seats in PE. However, the PE is much more comfortable especially on long distances.

The Gen2 is more of a modder's car, so there are more choices of mod parts available for Gen2 compared to PE. The lack of 32 bit ECU (used in PE) in Gen2 makes modding easier too.

So.. Ur choice lah pinky..

Gen.2 sits lower than PE...lower suspension setting? PE felt more 'executive' car to me...Gen.2 more 'low rider' feeling...

But it's all 2010 stock...

Gen2 CPS not in production d lah. It's only old stocks selling now. If u want, u can still get the Waja CPS old stock at RM 45k or so. It's quite a bargain if u actually look at it. But the design is rather dated & ugly lah. Ride quality & insulation wise Waja CPS is really good.

Lower suspension setting for improved handling. PE is more comfort-oriented.

PE H-line feels quite executive if compared to Gen2 CPS. But it's only available in AT.

The new Gen2 comes with IAFM if I'm not mistaken, and it's using PE's rear lights.

Ok, go out for teh tarik supper watch EPL match to relax then think whether to go for Gen.2 CPS MT
