hey all...

planning want to install :

1.  a fog lamp since my standard FL doesn't come with it...search at mudah.my http://www.mudah.my/Saga+fl+fog+lamp-11049172.htm ..Not sure how much it is the Proton's original fog lamp.. Surely that (accessories shop item ) won't have a good quality right?

2.  a turbo timer to keep my engine idle once i stop from a long distance travel...i have read previous thread about this turbo timer ..got a friend sell (new) turbo timer cost around RM68..He said it's not a really ORI (brand APEX like a small long pencil style). So, any advice about it?

3. Proton's R3 light weight sport rims. Never had info about those rims...Any info on pro's and con's? heard that rims cost around RM2k++... looks pretty cool since it looks like a Nissan R35 sport rims...

Don't u guys think that Saga FL's suspension (with Lotus Ride Handling) pretty good at cornering? Even a Myvi tackle corners macam mau terbalik      but still those Myvian dared to take a corner with speedy    ....So,i think no need to change unless if want to lower it down or just change spring or something ..!?

During raining time ( especially heavy rains) i noticed my rear mirror having a poor visibility. Normal kaa tu?  thought i want to install a rear wiper ....keh keh keh   

any info on Saga BLM or FL or FLX automatic flip side mirror like a 1.5 honda city has?

It's call knock for knock claim. Most insurance co have it. U must do the repair at the insurance co approved panel. U don't have to fork out a single cent for the repair and faster than 3rd party claim. But don't expect good repair workmanship for knock for knock claim.

did my 1k service....today...but very weird..they use up all 4 litre of engine oil...does u guys encounter this as well??

saga blm no power la.try my fren's car,1st gear very loud and tight. respond also lag. maybe should try myvi.better acceleration. no offence. but saga blm very worth money as family car.

today i went looking for a second hand blm at second hand car dealer
at 1st price is 21k , but later add until 24k for insurance and process fee
1k for insurance , another 2k for process fee??? izzit true those process fee stuff cost 2k??
cause i feel not quite worth it compare to new car @ 38k

can't sleep at night coz haven't yet settle power steering oil leaking  .....went to COE full house...tried to called them before to make a booking,but hard for them to answer my call  ...went to SS14 PJ,need to check what's the defect and if they dont have spare part,need to wait a week    ...might as well,better go to the COE there surely they have all the spare part needed (or not all?) how about 3s Damansara there? there is 2nd biggest Proton Edar outlet right? even the telephonist also friendly ....

yea man... if u hate saga blm so much and say it is so problematics then prove it ! dun keep crapping around saying that myvi is better and what so ever... and guess what... saga blm`s fc is better than myvi dude... drive one and calculate it... other than that saga blm has better handling than myvi... so please keep in mind on what car u are challenging... chiaoz !

Added on September 27, 2011, 10:29 ami remember there is someone posted the sound proofing rubber for the door edge with some photo of 'Before' and 'After'... anyone here can give feedback on that? i'm now using stock rubber (FLX), and what i hear is :
5% people talking from outside
5% engine noise @ idle, 15% when cruising
10% wind sound when cruising @ 90km/h while, 15% @ 110km/h
40% motorcycle exhaust sound 

do all those noise can be lower down after installing the sound proofing door rubber? 
btw, the tyre noise is for sure we can't do any for it...

I think u should change all 4 speakers + tambah amp to drive those new spks. For me, I am also adding a JBL bass tube taken out from my old car. Then only can hear the diff. HU can upgrade in the end when have money. Me looking around for good spks now. I heard Dynaudio spks cost 2.5K.

DIY Amp install'n? If yu kno re important Do's & Dun's, needed wiring/sp cables connections plus how to open up floor carpets, etc. Normally Amp installed under pass'ger seat.

If not, feel better 2leave that to Pro's!
