Yea I can see some people at Proton have the heart, just not the will.

I read that the power window lifetime warranty came about after the Proton CEO took a cab from KLIA, it was a Waja and the driver don't wanna open the window to pay toll. The driver uncle told him Proton power window always rosak, dowan to open too often. The CEO was so embarrased that's why he decide to offer the lifetime warranty (Read this from the Star newspaper, dunno whether the CEO got bluff anot lah).

I wish Proton all the best, but hopefully not at the expense of the consumers.

the power window problem is resolved AFTER they change their MD and management which is since the new saga release
so many have change from then
whatever be4 the new saga is BS...i confess that cuz my dad also have waja..compare between the 2...such big different in terms of QC

For those who always complain about proton service, its the same story also for other car makers in malaysia. This morning I was at Auto Bavaria Glenmarie to pick up my boss since he need to repair his F10 5 series. According to him, he has been complaining about the faulty absorber since June and only today he could manage to get it fixed after some F**king session at Auto Bavaria and subsequently to BMW Malaysia. The worst part is, it will take them 2-3 days just to have the absorber replaced. lol at 3 f***ing days for replacing an absorber. lmao.
*
Haha my cousin got a lot of stories about BMW horror stories (owns a 3 series, he damn tulan at the service ppl). Including one customer who sold his X series at a massive lost and bought a X-trail because cannot tahan the BMW service.

Syed Zainal also have the heart and also a big will to improve Proton, but his authority is quite limited thanks the old fag advisor who wants to jaga kepentingan vendor-vendor (kroni-kroni).

actually the ceo bfore him lg teruk. quite a lot of ideas etc but not delivered. long due replacement on each model. mybe got cnnection with politic also. the model like tiara, juara, arena all not well received or problems. some models also are manufactured because big boss give order (i believe proton tiara is DRB-HICOM interest) rebadged citroen ax. someone must got lots of money from that.

can advise me how to urge that fella so i can get my car faster?
is he waiting promo price so he can earn more?

or is thr any so called quarantine unit (defective unit)??? i heard my fren say so... haih...
I think buyers should first ask if the SA has existing stock and request to see them. Some of the richer SAs are rich and prepared to stock a lot of models so that they can deliver to customers quick. Some smaller SAs, because of lack of funds, do not stock as many cars. Before I bought my FLX, I asked them how many ex stock they have. She brought me to the big multi-storey carpark behind the showroom and showed me all the FLX sitting there. Before I left, I saw another trailer truck delivering more FLX. So I know she is not bluffing.

In the driver's seat of the Saga, we find that it is a car developed and designed for a true driver.

The steering is heavier and more accurate, while its engine is punchier, even with a CVT attached.

I think nothing Proton can do.
Your case is simply that of SA over-promise and under-deliver, strictly between u and SA.

true. Even a cheap chicken rice (RM3-3.50) is nice to eat at certain restaurants. It's all about the effort put in to produce the end result.

That reminds me of my friend's BMW. His power window broke so many times, and cost a lot to repair each time, that he got fed up, left the window broken and bought himself a smart tag instead.

Even despite that, Syed Zainal has already done wonders to consolidate his vendor network. He and Idris Jala are rare gems.
