Hi bro shorty, I'm the one who pm-ed u last night.
Wil buy the OEM ABL from you afterwards cz the budget is out of my expectation currently blush.gif
*
Re OEM ABL, this module really is "Godsend" esp for Saga ladies! Pulling & pressing that slim hard 2grip knob to lock/unlock doors is NO joke 4ladies esp!

My other half was so happy I cld find & install it! Most in market are "Universal" types...a lot of connections to do wan.

Anyway, yr call... whistling.gif

On a side note, does the auto timer i put void the warranty? I did not modify any wiring, just tap off existing wires.
*
Fr where did yu tap the 2 pts?

If juz 2measure voltage, a tap via a fuse terminal in fuse-box on RHS of driver shld work.

The "ground" cable cld b earthed @any screw/bolt to chassis nearby.

NO wires are cut... so warranty shld b valid, correct?

From the ignition wiring tongue.gif

Just tap. And the ground.

Thats what i think la, so in theory, my warranty should still be valid.

I planning to go COE this week to get my squeaky suspension done.
*
Yup, warranty shld b VALID...in theory (as yu said)... tongue.gif
When tapping in2 +ve terminals/wires, pls ensure good & proper contact so as NOT 2cause " undue sparking".
Feel yu oledi kno dat one...since not new to DIY-ing. thumbup.gif

Orig plan = replacement LED Boot Light. Now probably still that plus LED cabin room light...& mayb...a few more?
Depends on wat's in my "goodies" pack arriving 2moro!! whistling.gif

In the meantime, still hunting for a standalone Digital Voltmeter. Used 2hv Smiths analogue one in ole ride but din remove @sale time! doh.gif

At first me wanted 2do like yrs but kinda waste other UNused functions.
Also voltmeter by itself = more space-saving lo. tongue.gif

Yup, me also searched & saw in-tyre pessure detection units...very expensive! Need also 2open up tyres & install inside rims.

Manual chks here still best!! Not worth spending so much 4juz 1 simple function we juz do 1X a wk? rclxm9.gif

DIY List

- Rivet stupid holes along body
- Respray fender
- Voltage Stabilizer
- Grounding Cables
- Change head unit
- Keyring light
- Rear spoiler (no idea when yet whistling.gif )

Anything else?

hmm.gif
*
Re yr DIY list, my similarities :
-- I hv oledi transferred a couple of my ole ride's GC over 2FL ie to chassis body & engine block.
-- Hv been contemplating Zaptor Evolve. Was using Zaptor Gold (older model) but leaked after warranty period.
-- Keyring light? Rber me contacted seller/installer in Pg when first got FL. RM30. Din take up offer cos PCB setup kinda messy & lots of tapping 2do. sad.gif
-- Other items in yr list? Not 4me ATM. tongue.gif

zeone, my ABL has a switch attached to it (LHS of booth)... but the alarm reset switch doesnt work to unlock my locks.
any idea how to mod this???

eager to hv that switch functioning as yours....
but yours has some "extra" features while mine doesnt.. lol...
so, suggestion is to change or just shut up n be with what i have? mine is not DIY but DIS(did-in-shop)....
*
Think yrs is "universal" module. tongue.gif
So Reset button kenot b used as UNlock switch.

However, yr ABL came oledi with its own UNlock switch. So "pull" it into car cabin, extend if too short; then drill hole in suitable location in dashboard & install that switch.

Change or not to OEM ABL? Continue with wat yu hv or do as suggested above? Yr choice/decision lo. tongue.gif

All the best, Bro!!

I have 3 major problems on my BLM.

1 - Clutch - I think it's a clutch problem, when (more like after) i changing gear (manual) there's weird sound like (gek gek gek gek). What do you guys think the problem is?

2. Aircond - After change the aircond condensor, my car is very very slow only when i turn to 2nd level of aircond speed especially when  the aircond kicks in. I almost had an accident (exit junction) due to sudden slow and lack of power.

3. Fuel cap - Cannot be opened have to push the cap only can open.
*
Hi...
How old is yr ride?
If car still under warranty, best 2send 2SC...not need crack head la! thumbup.gif
Best of luck, Bro!
