I think it's because of the interest rate... higher rate, lower chance of real estate making money.

Anyway, SP500 drops below 50ma. So, I'll have a little short here by playing SPXU.

Let see if SP500 can pull back to 1600-1605 (will be good if it can do that!).

Look at the 10 year bond yield. Almost 3%. That's why lah.

Not me personally, that's the wife's account. Her IRA account has it.
HD been ok.. and every pull back, there're buyers for it because of the divis.

No win tonight.

I think it's real (close above 82.50) but wait for another day for confirmation.

Has anyone took a look at Indonesia stock index (IDX) lately? Really busted to pancake level.

Anyway.. 3 years chart indicate this maybe good chance to buy at the lows (22-23) level again for bargain hunting.

It seems the Indo Rupiah goes back 4 year low. Indeed good bargain if you want to visit Indo and spend money there.

The EEM index also reflecting money coming out from emerging market in general.
Still below that 50ma (38.81) - bearish sign.

The Fed tapering talk in Sept and possible Ben's replacement scaring a lot of funds but could be good bargain if you're patience.

Don't want to scare anyone, but Hindenburg Omen is coming out again..

Fed has no clarity.. it is a mixed vote from the members.
