How much should it cost average to install an electrical outlet?

My electrician quote me average RM60 for each excluding workmanship.
If included workmanship, average is RM85. my electrical wiring cost me RM1400, for about 10 socket, 4 switch

1) Add a socket located 2-6 feet surrounding existing switch -RM80
2) Add another socket beside another socket (jump wire) - RM70
3) Add AirCon Wiring from main fuse about 32ft long straight line to my living room, included 20A switch - RM300

This is what my electrician charged me.

New 13A point (1 x 13A) - 60
New 13A point (2 x 13A) - 80
Relocate ex. 13A point - 40
New 20A aircon point - 180

Did not want him to patch up the hacked wall.
Used my plasterer to to that. Plasterer will do a better job.
