No. Normal is 3 years warranty, 2 yrs free service. Actually, extended warranty programme (EWP), you can also pay a few hundred bucks and buy even if they don't give it to you, IMO, quiet worthless...EWP only covers the engine and gearbox mainly....Usually, if you service ur car promptly, engine and gearbox can usually last > 5 years before it starts to show problem.....so it just waste money only....and i can't wait to get away from Proton and service outside after the 3 years warranty!!!
*
nope...
EWP cover much more PROVIDED the owner/user actually bother to read thru the tiny font (TL:DR) part....
u will be surprised at what is covered

Yeah, i know it's more than that....but those also things like that's very unlikely breakdown lor..... a lot of those things breakable will be under 'wear and tear'....so really, what's the point??
*
erm not really...
there is things that u think is under "wear and tear" but actually it is not...

but what the heck, the ppl in SC wont even know if it is claimable, so just file it in only and show them the TL:DR agreement, they will straight away agree with u

I receive only the Insruance letter showing my EWP. Where is the TL:DR agreement? In the manual?

behind the insurance EWP letter.....

alternatively take this as your reference.
