Any LYN member(s) who recently made booking for new Inspira? Just checking what's the interest rate you got. Ambank quote me 3.2% for 5 years loan.

u tell him you are my (Kenny) fren from Klang, that just bought Red 1.8mt

the first time i call him, i straight tell him i'm ready my cheque book, and ask what is the max discount.
2nd day he come Klang meet me, and I sign and deposit within 30mins...
after that week of RAYA holiday, go Cheras Public bank sign loan.
after few days he help me Tint window and sent car to me at my office.

everytime we met not more than 30mins... hahaha.... really like buying sayur at Pasar Malam.
and my wife claims that I buy car faster than I buy a labtop. FUNK.!!

Just try to call for quote lah!

Actually there is another SA giving me better discount, but this fellow keep FFK me.
so I buy from this guy.  tongue.gif

Thanks for the offer smile.gif. Likely it's bit too late as they already allocate the car :|. Just my itchy butt. Trade in the car first before getting the car. Now difficult to arrange for transport as wife also need car to go to work. This SA only gave 2.5k discount. Plus the new promotion thingy, with 2 years "paid maintenance". Looks like the paid maintenance is from Proton, not from SA. Honda also having same promotion currently, with 2 years paid maintenance.

Ya, have to look at the bright side. Was trying to search around the forum for past week but the thread count is really humongous smile.gif. And so far there's no sub-thread on different topic discussion.

Not sure if the additional perks is depends on the model of the car. 4k plus above with additional perks for 1.8 as heard Proton is try to push for 1.8 model.

Anyone tried Iridium plug for Inspira? I got an old Denso IK20 but not sure if that could fit Inspira 2.0. Had tried google at Denso site for "Lancer" or similar one but still can't confirm if that can be use for Inspira.

i been speeding at these area so far never get booked. As far as i know, malaysia fixed camera only applies in the traffic light area. Speed trap usually they will hide at the bridge as the head police told me.

At time at USJ overhead bridge restaurant area you could see traffic police setup the speed trap as well, right under the fixed camera. Either the fixed camera is not meant for speed trap or it hasn't getting activated.

Just went for 1000km first service today. Was told the next service is 10,000km (is that because I use fully synthetic) but in the service note it's indicated next service is 6000km. Seems this was asked before but I couldn't find back the thread on this.

Anyone have more info on this? 2nd service is it 10,000km or 6000km. Or.. depends on the oil we use for 1st service?

normal driving semi-syn is ok for 10k km, if long distance travelling with high speed, need to service sooner while fully-syn can go up to 15k km

this goes down to individual driving habit, do check the oil burn off every 5k km to see the level (oil needle) & determine if ur driving condition needs earlier oil change intervals  nod.gif

happy motoring!  icon_rolleyes.gif
Tqtq for the advice smile.gif Daily I travel about 120km to 130km to office. Sounds like I'll have to check again at 5k km.

Can I request to use fully synthetic oil during the 1k service ah? If yes, obviously need to add $$$ right?

Thanks guys!

Saw from one of the previous post which one lyn member only need to top up the difference for changing to fully synthetic. I done mine at EON SC at Glenmarie and they don't allow top up sad.gif. End up have to pay in full for the fully synthetic oil, and took back the semi synthetic one.
