for me....
new car i will go for FULLY Syn....
untill I think my car is old, than go for Semi loh.......

My foreman teach me simple lesson, new engine, surface smooth, so use 'light and thin' fully syn no problem.

old liao a bit rough, so u can go thicker. semi or mineral also can.

mineral base will feel a bit heavy on pick up, semi u will feel lighter.

During my WAJA day! I used to change engine oil myself, sometimes mineral, sometimes semi. it depends on the price. because we buy enjin oil in bulks.

before I trade waja to inspira, i just replesh my stock... now my store room got 6~8 bottles of Penzoil Semi-syn.

those SC bull shit one lah...

when i do 1k service at Tangkak, the SC promote me Kao Kao to take CALTEX oil.
And i saw his store room, at least 100 bottles there they stock up.

I dont go for Caltex, because I used that before, its a bit thick and heavy while pick up. (** semi **)

Than I call up Klang SC, they say "yes, u can bring ur own engine oil, but in case anything happen it might void ur warranty!!!"
really Bull shit...

You asked the RIGHT PERSON. LOL.

The best char siew is the one behind Jalan Alor, i think the road is changkat thambi dollah...haven't go there long time coz no time go KL...

Next best, Aman Suria, this is almost as good as Changkat Thambi Dollah one.

Others you can try:
Toast and Coffee (something like that)...behind Ken Damansara 1/II condos, section 17...taste almost as good, but sometimes can be a bit hard.

One shop...near DIGI Service Centre (just a few shops away)...this one ok-ok lar....but very generous portion even for single serving, value for money.
*
I found one near damansara utama.

From sprint HW toward NKVE, follow left lane going up to the flyover (that turn right to centre point or KBU) n turn left.
Go straight follow main road (bout 1.5km with few bump) untill shop lots.
Then find urself the char siew restaurant.

Order fat char siew.... Huat ar

That is the one in Aman Suria lor (that place called Aman suria if i am not wrong). The boss wear specs right? Recently newly renovated and moved to the shop next door. I prefer half-fat (pun fei sou)...otherwise nothing to eat but fat!!!
*
Yes, u r absolutely right.....

QUOTE(ikeken @ Sep 27 2011, 04:42 PM)
Uh question for current owners,

I was sitting in friend's Inspira today and the air-cond is super warm. And he told me that Inspira are like that cz the car got the heater like Japan cars (cz they practically copy exactly including the air cond).

So is it true? The air-cond is warm and truth be told the heater system is totally useless.

Then Inspira would lose Proton's trademark super eskimo cold air-cond bragging rights?
*
sometimes, warm air does help.

like yesterday night I went to bank, suddenly super duper heavy thunder storm, rain n I got wet from head to toe.

lucky there is warm air... and that's the first time I feel good and touching with my inspira.......

else if i turn off air cond, my wind screen will goes mist and blur to drive.......

sometimes, is good to have warm air.... smile.gif
