hi.my iphone 4 stuck with apple logo and emergency homescreen when on charger+the screen becomes dim and bright, then it turns off,and become cycle
when i check on emergency screen,shows unknown IMEI and ICCID, but touch screen is working

unable to turn on with battery alone.
on itunes (stuck with apple logo cycle,sometimes recognize by itunes)

i already replaced a new battery.still the same
when i inspect inside,there is some rust.probably some water damage

i googled around and said power management ic replacement

home button is not responsive

really need your help!

i did the battery replacement myself.

like i said,i googled around and it said to replace power management ic which im not familiar with

what's the rough cost for the service,waterdamaged+homebutton
