I told him i am going NOW and wait for me. I arrived there less than 1 minute (in fact, 40 seconds) and immediately called him. This is where the nightmare begins. He never picks up my call. I reached there at 2.00pm and keep calling him until 2.15pm, in fact i even sent him a SMS telling him i'm already there. No reply. Keep calling until 2.20pm and i decide that this seller is not a genuine one. I mean he's not serious at all. How come he can picked up my call at 1.59pm and when i called him less than a minute later he never picked up. I easily called more than 10 times during the 20 minutes duration and he never even picked up. If he's busy, he can always tell me to call later or wait for a while. But no, he decide to ignore my calls despite me waiting there like a fool for 20 minutes. And never even reply sms as well.
So to those who wanna engage the service of this seller, i suggest to think again. I came all the way from Subang U5 to his so called "shop" which does not exist. wasting my time, petrol and toll.

I was at old town from 12.30pm to 2.40pm with the technician. I drove from Bukit Tinggi, Klang collecting some iphone stuff from anothr lyn members. When i'm about to reach giant it is almost 12pm. I've called Mr Wong and said I'm near giant but still finding parking. He told me not to park in giant but go to oldtown. He had never mention that his shop is in giant. He said his technician is at giant servicing the dealer. I've never been to giant kinrara so i just drive around and saw old town. Parked my car and called Mr Wong again. He asked what car i'm driving and the plat number. I called and ask for his location and he told me he's in Giant Bandar Kinrara. I told him i will only go inside old town when his techician arrive because i'm muslim and people will be wondering what am I doing in old town during puasa time. He told me the repair job will be done in Old town. I said ok and waited for his technican. After a while a guy came to my car. I my mind thinking he must be Rajan the technician mentioned in the feedback. There was another guy park his car next to mine who is Mr Wong customer also. Since he was only buying iphone casing, Rajan entertain him first. He left in about 10 minutes. Then Rajan troubleshoot my phone. Since my phone was water damage and died twice recently, he said need to open up and test all he can.
Once he finished his troubleshooting and I've decided not to repair my phone, we talked for a while because he said there is another guy coming.

Hi...you must be the guy from sri petaling who came to repair your wife's iphone screen. When you were walking thru the empty land, I told Rajan I saw someone walking towards old town from giant. He did asked me to call when I am going there which I did not but only call later after I went inside Giant.

I also remember Rajan talking to a caller saying he was doing something (replacing a cracked iphone screen) that is the reason he didn't answer the call. He was holding the phone with his shoulder and the hand still working on the iphone. He keep on asking what car the caller is driving and asking if the caller is coming.
I've noticed Rajan will always looked at the entrance evertime there is a person came in. He will only stop looking at the person until that person find a table and doesn't seems like looking for someone. So if you came into old town, i'm sure one of us should have noticed you.
I left around 2.40pm.
