 to you @WimpyKid. Technician was knowledgeable about my Dad's device and friendly enough to explain, as well as advice on the issues related to the device. I couldn't have hoped for a much better service. Thank you and will definitely return if anything happens (touch wood) to my Apple devices.P.S: Outlet is by appointment only. Replaced another battery of an iPhone 5S unit I had and service of his technician remains top notch. Definitely a highly recommended service provider to consider for my Apple mobile devices.
