Model:
iPhone X

Problem description:
1. Phone fell on floor screen first.
2. Glass cracked.
3. A permanent line of hot green pixels.
4. The top 10% surface area of the screen is not responsive to touch (other areas OK)
5. Ocassionally, and randomly, the ghost touch issues appear (the phone 'swipes' around the screen by itself)
5. FaceID, front camera, all functioning well.

Question:
1. How much will it cost to fix this? It's just a matter of swapping the entire front assembly, right?
2. Is there a way to do so without losing too much image quality (preferable replace with OLED that's close to the original)
3. After fixing will FaceID still work?
4. After fixing will TrueTone still work?
