Hi,

Hi, If you are sure that the batt is ok and you have tested with various cables & chargers .There are only 2 other posibilities why does not charge & snyc. Either the docking flex is faulty or the worst case would be the logic board.

High chances the power flex need to be replaced. Can be done within 30 - 40 minutes. I've replied you in pm the other details.

The problem would be with the flex cable beneath it. If your set is still under warranty go claim it.
