Hi. We need to check the phone first.If repairable data will be intact. Normally if the board has not been tempered / restored by others than chances of retrieving the data is high. Thanks

Hi. Replacing new button will only work without the touch id. If you still have the faulty original touch id button that came with the phone than we can fix.Thanks

Yes,if the original button is there than can be repaired/replaced maintaining the touch id. We are located in puchong. This repair cannot be done on site.
