1)

buy ip6 for mom, restore from icloud backup.
tested before no problem at all.
after that screen seems unresponsive, i reset, setting as new phone. seems no problem so just give to her.

then she came saying if new one cannot type hang hang. click home button can but screen unresponsive, she'd rather just use her old ip5.

resetted, restored, same hang. had to lock unlock. use a while hang.
then i reset. download apps individually. setting manually.

just restore chat history. ok.

after a month she said start hang/stuck again. Removed tempered glass also still the same.

is it screen/digitizer or hardware/software problem?
