It could be charging port, logic board or even battery. Need to check the device first.

The scratch is on the internal or external part of the lens? Detaching could be due to battery issue(bloating). Bring to get it check.

This normally happen due to bb chip damage or related component. Chances of fixing it is very low if its the bb chip.

The heat could be due to the charging itself but if the phone is getting warm or hot while not using it , than there is short on logic board. Replacing battery will not solve the issue,the short will drain the battery very fast. The shop that replaced the battery should have told you.
