Basically the first number represent their generation, 2nd/3rd number their performance class, last number represent their version (higher/lower clock speed) and of course some model has exception..
GDDR5 has double the DDR3 bandwidth. Nothing more. 1GB GDDR5 vs 2GB DDR3, if they are the exact same graphic card, then the 1GB GDDR5 wins. If not the same graphic card, the answer is depends. |

Z835 is the cut cost version of Z830.
