i dont know which one i like the most ....

i prefer the laptob is multimedia series because im still at school ,for the usage i only use it for powerpoint,web browsing ,videos and gaming (nfs ,gs GO,assasin creed )some thing like that ....

Just get the Y480.
The other 15'' still has the same screen resolution with Y480, so Y480 will be little sharper..

If your budget is indeed only RM2.5k, and you want to game, then Y480 is your best bet. No contest
Alternatively, you may be able to find Y580 with only HD screen (why you want to do that, I really don't know). I saw some sellers selling HD spec Y580 below RM2.5k, but I suspect those are grey import model (did not confirm).
