With that budget, closest is Vostro 3350 with HD6490M, but better spend it on 14'' with GT540M or equivalent..

QUOTE(cplow1 @ Oct 21 2011, 02:15 PM) 1. Preferred Brand: DE DE? You mean Dell ?2. Budget : RM5000 3. Usage : Photo editing 4. Preferred laptop/screen size : anything Can consider Dell XPS 15 with the 1080p screen.. QUOTE(bounty_hunt3r @ Oct 21 2011, 02:20 PM) I see, but as far as I know, anything over RM500 will get taxed by customs, right? As said before, no tax for importing laptops..I can't wait any longer lol, I guess import would be a good choice. You can ask those Sager/MSI/Asus user that had import their laptop.. or if you want to get Sager locally, can ask Prince J This post has been edited by lee_what2004: Oct 21 2011, 02:23 PM |

^the thing is that GT555M on that website is the 192-bit version which is available in Alienware M14x. The N55SF's GT555M is 128-bit version, which is weaker..
DV6 is using HD6770M. HD6770 is desktop GPU. |

I'm serious. You will need SSD for the computer to be fast, even if you have Core i7 or whatsoever..

The Dell, if you want to cheapest option with faster CPU, but the weaker GPU.
The MSI, if you want easy access to clean the internal fan. |
