i'm sure you'll get it soon. hang in there. did the reseller ask you to top up? Perhaps you should get them to refund and you get from another seller if too long a delay.

I deal with directd online several times - no issues and they always sms me tracking no. Always got it next day. Ask them for it if you did not receive their sms.

i think you should just call directd instead of emailing them.. what I know is directd always send out all orders on the same day.

b2dotcom has cheaper price, but i wonder when he said ap set from hong kong company, does it means buyer has to handle himself?

by the way, i just sms them and waiting their response....

HK warranty mean need go to claim..? Better spend another 100 like that...

I'm not pretty sure whether my set is either HK set or Brighstar set, but the box written www.samsung.com/hk. There's nothing else to prove whether is Brightstar set although I've been informed that the warranty covered is up to 18 months provided only by the shop. By the way, I think the price depreciates quite fast, as I've bought it on 3rd Feb, 4 days after if mine is really HK set, now it's only RM1899, total of RM201 difference. Oh Gosh. And there are also WiFi only sets, which only RM1588. Man, I don't want to regret over this.
