YUP. mine also like this. mine comes with seal box. the charger is a 2 part thingy. you'll have to assemble it to use it.

Benny, Tab 7.7 max CPU speed is 14MHz, on your profile, <25% battery, how can you set it as 16Mhz when the max is 14MHz?
