FLOOR : 51 Storey (8 floor parking, 43 floor Residence)

LAND SIZE : 4.75 acre (Mix Development, 2 block Residence + 1 Comercial Office & Hotel)

UNIT SIZE : from 850sqf - 1400sqf

TOTAL UNIT: 700 units

PHASE DIVISION: 3 phase (Low, Mid, High Zone)

TENURE : Freehold

Furnishing: Fully Furnished

Any opinions regarding this project?
Do you guys think this is a profitable investment?

I personally feel like going to make an investment on this project this is the last land project in the so called "Gplden Triangle" at KL.
and it is the 1st project within Golden Triangle that comes with Fully Furnished Property

Hopefully there is sifu/guru can provide some advise to me or maybe more information/opinion about this project.

developer now selling rm1350psf for low zone. maintenance 30cent psf. but low zone SOLD. I bought few unit on my hand~

I'm actually quite impressed after went to show unit.
Platinum now become BIGGER and BIGGER.

There is DIBS scheme for low units + fully furnished, around 1 mil, cheap for those who are rich ;
but expensive for me coz over budget.

Location wise, no doubt is Good, LRT & Monorail just right at your door step.

But...can rent or not in future? cool2.gif

if the actual like the quality of the furnishing at the show house ... then I think is a good buy . Location wise also very good . Free hold beats all the surrounding .

I really doubt that. More like the developer cut corners to save cost. YTL did the same thing for their first Midfields project and I read some comments here that they cut corners for both Capers and The Fennel even though they look nice on the outside.

My wife, a program coordinator of one private college, knows of a problematic foreign student staying in this condo. Complained that she cannot pay the tuition fees, yet can still afford to stay there? tongue.gif

It's up and running, just like a regular hotel. And if anything, it's certainly bustling and thriving! Loads of people on a Saturday late morning, wanting to check-in. Compared to the hotel just beside, the recently refurbished Renaissance or Four Points by Sheraton, those 2 hotels were dead quiet with no activity.

Just by going up to the highest floor, where the infinity pool is, one can certainly tell that this hotel is in hot demand! Good if the unit is for rental investment, bad if you want to have it for own stay.
