More like the developer cut corners to save cost. YTL did the same thing for their first Midfields project and I read some comments here that they cut corners for both Capers and The Fennel even though they look nice on the outside.My wife, a program coordinator of one private college, knows of a problematic foreign student staying in this condo. Complained that she cannot pay the tuition fees, yet can still afford to stay there?  |
