What is Channel hotline ?? What is Yes care personnel?? You did not tell me how to contact them, how suppose I know. We didn't promise you the 3-Days, it's yourself who fix that 3-Days. You thought that people no need to rest on Saturday & Sunday ? I already say YES Channel will investigate & call you to explain the whole things. When ? i don't know as they also need time to do investigation & get the proof only can log a complain on Ahmad from YES Care. We cannot simply log a complain on Ahmad which only based on your word.
Please be reasonable as we are not wrong in the first place. You can gently ask us for help but you're not. You insist that you are not wrong in the very first place and keep giving us excuse that our website is not user friendly & blah blah blah. I can provide all the LYN member that uses the website to register, they all are very happy & don't have any problem with the website at all.
For example, you wanted to buy a drink at Drink Vending Machine. You choose Coke & pressed the button. The Coke come out & later you say you want a 100PLUS & not Coke. You blame the Machine & complain to the shop person that placed the Machine there. The shop person say that the machine has no problem at all as you press coke it come out coke. Not Faulty at all. The shop person then say, you may call YES which is the provider of the drinks to see that if it could be change to make you happy. YES than ask you to get the shop person to open the machine to get the drink changed which are not truth. The shop person explained to you that he has no key to open the machine because the machine doesn't belong to the shop & provided you the related site that handle the key. You didn't contact the key holder & still blame the shop person. Nevermind, the shop person have already contact the key holder to call you but the key holder didn't mention when it is.

what do you mean "Unlimited"? is that mean i can use it anyway after i reach the data quota?

Unlimited means:
1. Unlimited Speed which depend on location where you can get the maximum speed as long as still got Quota.
2. Unlimited Data which after Quota reached, you still can surf unlimited with reduced speed.
