No Problem playing online game but it cannot be compared with Fixed Line Broadband like TM UniFi.
YES 4G is Wireless Mobile Broadband which you can move around anywhere that has coverage.

Anyway it's Faster than Streamyx & any 3G Services at most location. thumbup.gif

Latency around 60ms for local server using speedtest.net. icon_rolleyes.gif

After you installed the YES Go, it can help you detect how many Signal Bar at your location. If around 3 Bar, you are estimated to get above 6Mbps of speed. You can also login as guest account to surf only YES Website. The Testing are done & you doesn't require to sign-up unless you're ready to go for it. smile.gif

There is No Upgrade. What they do is terminate your account with all remaining data/voice/sms bought forward will be forfeited. After that, it will activate back your account just to maintain your YES ID & YES Mobile Number.

So, why not you just apply New Postpaid & can use both account until the prepaid remaining data/voice/sms used up. thumbup.gif

Just a warning for all LYN members.

This guy is a irresponsible seller/company, or better word a careless seller/company. Be careful when deal with this guy or this company.

The situation is that I have ordered super 68 postpaid plans, instead this Mika or this company has requested super 48 from YES 4G.

Right now I am stuck with this plan forever. I have tried to PM Mika and Email his company however they have disagreed to help me on changing my plan.

So I called Yes 4G for help, and they said they do not have any features to change or upgrade plan atm, and the only way I can upgrade my plan is by asking the reseller to send an appeal to Yes 4G (or I have to pay another RM 150 and create new Yes ID which is ridiculous).

So I contacted this Mika and Company, both via email and LYN PM message, however no replay was given for 3 days and counting. Thus this seller is very irresponsible and I hope other LYN member will not be trapped like me. I also have tried to contact Mika company hp number, but no luck as well (line busy).

In addition, I also have not receive the Razer Goliathus mouse pad promised by Mika and his company.

Just for your information be careful.

Please note that the careless side is not our company but the applicant itself. It has submmitted his registration wrongly, proof attached below with the sender IP captured.
He didn't want to admit his mistake but just complaining whatever he want.

Firstly, i already told him that YES Channel Partner are unable to change package for customer.
To proof that, i provide him with the YES Channel Website which has the contact number to proof i am right.

Instead he only listen to YES Care personnel blindly. You can ask around those other YES Agent in LYN Forum for the truth.

He also didn't want to contact the Channel Hotline to proof that. I already tell him that i already reported the case & YES Channel are handling the case and not me. He just didn't want to listen, so i cannot say anything.

Please note also that Saturday & Sunday, YES will not handle anything as main person in charge are no working.

Regarding the FREE Gift, since the actual package is not correct. I am waiting the problem to be solved only to courier it up because the Super68 comes with another Flash Drive as FREE Gift.

I have been more loyal which is 9 Years in LYN.net member where many LYN ppl can proof that.

I already talk what i need to talk. Since you insist that YES Care are correct after many explaination, what else can i talk.
Since i already provide the related site for you to make your complain which is the YES Care & YES Channel.

We didn't promise you the 3-Days, it's yourself who fix that 3-Days. You thought that people no need to rest on Saturday & Sunday ? I already say YES Channel will investigate & call you to explain the whole things. When ? i don't know as they also need time to do investigation & get the proof only can log a complain on Ahmad from YES Care. We cannot simply log a complain on Ahmad which only based on your word.

Please be reasonable as we are not wrong in the first place. You can gently ask us for help but you're not. You insist that you are not wrong in the very first place and keep giving us excuse that our website is not user friendly & blah blah blah. I can provide all the LYN member that uses the website to register, they all are very happy & don't have any problem with the website at all.

For example, you wanted to buy a drink at Drink Vending Machine. You choose Coke & pressed the button. The Coke come out & later you say you want a 100PLUS & not Coke. You blame the Machine & complain to the shop person that placed the Machine there. The shop person say that the machine has no problem at all as you press coke it come out coke. Not Faulty at all. The shop person then say, you may call YES which is the provider of the drinks to see that if it could be change to make you happy. YES than ask you to get the shop person to open the machine to get the drink changed which are not truth. The shop person explained to you that he has no key to open the machine because the machine doesn't belong to the shop & provided you the related site that handle the key. You didn't contact the key holder & still blame the shop person. Nevermind, the shop person have already contact the key holder to call you but the key holder didn't mention when it is.

Unlimited means:
1. Unlimited Speed which depend on location where you can get the maximum speed as long as still got Quota.
2. Unlimited Data which after Quota reached, you still can surf unlimited with reduced speed.
